On the heels of the enactment of the Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School announces that Treasury Deputy Secretary Neal S. Wolin - one of the Administration's key architects of financial reform - will speak to students, faculty and business leaders.
