is my desire to work within PPSA to promote
such dialogue.

staff members from across the institution
and represent their ideas to University
administration. I feel that this role
is particularly important at an institution
like Penn which is both large and decentralized.
I am also eager to help organize events,
such as a speaker series or informational
workshops, that might be of particular
interest to staff members.
