Dr. Amy Gutmann, Penn President

Penn welcomed Dr. Tan Chorh Chuah, president of the Singapore National University, to campus on April 16. Joining them were Penn Engineering Dean Eduardo Glandt and Ms. Yu Ling TOK, Director of the NUS Bio Valley Program in Philadelphia. Since 2002, Penn Engineering and the NUS have partnered on an international exchange and internship program.
