Moderated by Maria Bartiromo, CNBC hosts a debate focusing on what business, education and government must do to boost employment.

With 30 million jobs lost since 2007, there are now 213 million people out of work. In American and Europe jobs are not being created quickly enough but growth rates close to 10% in China and India are bringing millions into work and out of poverty. Business says skills are not good enough, young people fear they could become the lost generation and are taking to the streets.
