may authorize the release of their education records using Penn’s
paper consent form available

The
paper consent form is most appropriate for one-time disclosures
from a single office or person to a designated third party. The
paper consent form in many cases will not be recognized by other
Penn personnel who do not have access to the completed form. To
consent to release records in a manner that is more widely known
to Penn personnel such as certain advisors and administrative offices,
you are encouraged to use the online
