REPORTING COMPUTER or OFFLINE SECURITY INCIDENTS
Under Penn’s Incident Response Policy , faculty, staff, students, contracts and any agents of the above using Penn systems are required to report any suspected or confirmed Computer Security Incident to local IT management. Local IT management similarly must notify ISC Information Security of all Computer Security Incidents except for any exempted categories published by ISC Information Security. If you have questions about any computer security incident or wish to report one, contact security@isc.upenn.edu
 
If you are aware of a suspected or confirmed breach of data security or privacy that is unrelated to computer systems, contact privacy@pobox.upenn.edu
