Introducing Hatha Yoga

This class is a gentle, unique blend of asana styles, static and flowing sequencing, with emphasis placed on breath. You will build strength and flexibility. West Coast Swing is a social dance with a modern twist. In this dance you will learn to move to various types of music ranging from soulful and funky to smooth and sleek. Sauna/Pool Deck Shower Renovation

Construction has officially begun on the Pottruck Health and Fitness Center Sauna. We anticipate this renovation to be complete by late October. The Pool Deck shower is also closed for repair. For more information, please contact Membership Services.
