Lost & Found
If you lose something at a Recreational facility please note that valuable items are handled differently than non-valuable items.
Non-Valuables – Items such as clothing or books are held for a period of two weeks. To claim items please have photo identification and speak with an Operations Supervisor. After a period of two weeks unclaimed items are donated to a local charity.
Valuables – Items such as wallets or cell phones are held in The Membership Services office at Pottruck. If the lost item includes any identifying information, staff from the Membership office will attempt to contact you directly. Normal hours of operation for the Membership Services office are Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 5:30pm, and 9:00am to 5:00pm. Items may be claimed in person during office hours and will require presentation of photo identification.
-Coin operated lockers are available in the hallways on the 3rd and 4th floors of the Pottruck Health & Fitness Center.
-Day use lockers are free and available at both facilities. Individuals are required to bring their own lock.
-Members/guests are prohibited from placing items in a day use locker and leaving the facility. Likewise, members are required to clean out their day use locker prior to close. Anyone who violates this policy will have his or her items removed and charged a $40.00 recovery fee.
