This facility request form is solely a request for space and does NOT guarantee that the dates and times request are approved or reserved. A professional staff member from the Department of Recreation will contact you to further discuss the request. Forms must be turned in at least two weeks prior to the request date to be reviewed for approval.

Please note that all rentals are associated with a fee.
