I think group exercise (especially Zumba) is beneficial to participate in because it doesn't feel like exercise, it's a party! Being in a group setting is very motivating! You're in an environment with like-minded people who enjoy Zumba which just makes it 10x better. You're also very likely to make a new friend even if you don't know anyone!
