We offer a wide range of services to meet your health and fitness goals. Click on the tab below to learn about each section of the Fitness and Wellness program.

  • Group Exercise 

    Tired of working out alone? Penn Recreation’s Group Exercise program is designed to provide participants with a variety of class options including Spinning, Les Mills BODYPUMP, ZUMBA and more. In order to participate in any Group Exercise class you must purchase a PennRec Membership.   • Personal Training

    A PennRec or Fox ONLY Membership is required to purchase personal training services. Please visit Eligibility and Fees for more information on our membership options. Our trainers are certified through reputable, national organizations and are experienced in developing personal programs designed to achieve your health and fitness goals.   • Instructional Courses

    Our Instructional Course program offers a variety of progression based courses. Offerings include Yoga, Dance, Martial Arts, and Golf.  Instructional courses are purchased in 6 to 7 week packages where participants begin with basic movement and progress to more advanced levels throughout the course. Members and non-members of Penn Recreation are eligible to register for these courses. Non-members can be defined as members of the Penn Community that do not have an active PennRec or Fox ONLY membership. An active PennCard is required for registration.   • The Pilates Studio

    Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles that help to keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. Through Pilates exercise you will learn the awareness of breathing and align your spine while aiming to strengthen the deep torso muscles. Members and non-members of Penn Recreation are eligible to register for these courses. Non-members can be defined as members of the Penn Community that do not have an active PennRec or Fox ONLY membership. An active PennCard is required for registration.   • Massage Therapy 

    Professional Table and Chair Massage Therapy services are available seven days per week to members and non-members. Non-members can be defined as members of the Penn Community that do not have an active PennRec or Fox ONLY membership. An active PennCard is required for registration. Outreach Activities

Looking to plan an activity for your organization, club, or team? We offer private programming for groups of any size with any budget. Facility rental and instructor cost is negotiated during contract creation. For more information, please contact us.
