To participate in any group exercise class, you must purchase the PennRec Membership plan and a Group Exercise Pass. The unlimited pass options below do not include access to our instructional courses (i.e. Yoga, Pilates, Dance, and Golf). Passes are not available online, you must visit Membership Services to purchase. Passes must be paid in full and are non-refundable.

Free Classes for PennRec and Fox ONLY Members
Tuesdays @ 12:00 PM (rain or shine) Join us for a 45-minute no-nonsense workout with movements for all levels from beginner to advanced exercisers. Class meets at the entrance to the Fox Fitness Center and then proceeds to Penn Park.
Indoor Group Circuit
Mondays @ 7:15 AM, 12:15 PM, and 5:15 PM and Wednesdays @ 7:15 AM and 12:15 PM Each 45-minute class provides a challenging balance of strength, endurance, and core exercises in a circuit style progression utilizing 10 circuit series strength machines, bodyweight activities, and more.
Group Exercise at the Pottruck Health & Fitness Center
