Enjoy a great workout while learning martial art techniques. Class participants develop martial arts skill in a fun, friendly, and non-contact environment. Our style is based on Okinawan karate, and blends Eastern thinking with Western pragmatism. We promote the development of the body, mind and spirit. In this course you will build strength, balance, and flexibility while developing self-confidence, sensitivity, and respect. The instructors bring an energetic approach to teaching an important and useful skill set. All levels are welcome!
