Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles that help to keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine and core. Our instructors are experienced and comprehensively certified through nationally recognized organizations such as Power Pilates.
Pre-registration is required for all Pilates Courses. Early registration is recommended as space is limited. Visit our online Innosoft Fusion Portal to view available class times and register. Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Drop-in passes are not available for the equipment classes(i.e. Reformer and Tower)
This class is done on perhaps the most renowned of all Pilates equipment: the Reformer. The Reformer is a sophisticated system of springs, straps, pulleys, and a rolling platform. This equipment, like all of the Pilates equipment, works in two ways: it can act as additional muscles to aid the body on its path to health while you work towards efficient movement patterns, and it can also provide resistance to build strong muscles and bones. No experience is necessary for beginners; equipment adjustment and changes are explained and demonstrated throughout the class.
Combining essential mat work with the benefits of the Pilates Tower equipment, this class is ideal for students of all levels*. Through a system of springs and bars, the equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning, and lengthening muscles.
Start with the basics and get the most out of your Mat Pilates Classes! You will learn the fundamentals and proper technique of Mat Pilates, focusing on body connections, breathing, alignment, and awareness. Learn how to identify your own weaknesses and imbalances and work with them to restore healthier movement. The exercises are designed to align, lengthen, and strengthen the body in a unique way. Most movements are non-impact and non-weight bearing. All require focus and concentration. Every 45-minute-long class is in a small, personalized setting allowing us to meet each client’s particular needs.
Reformers are Pilates machines that use springs and pulleys to provide variable resistance to assist and challenge the body. The variable resistance with Reformer Pilates is what makes it so unique and is why it’s suitable for every level of ability.

Why would you choose group Reformer Pilates over group Mat-work? It really is different strokes for different folks! If you are looking for more personalized attention, Group Reformer provides more individualized workouts that include total body conditioning. If you require a little more assistance or support, then Reformer will also be preferable for you.
For those interested in further pursuing their Pilates study, we offer private and semi-private Pilates sessions with some of our certified Pilates instructors. A private session is one student with one instructor. A semi-private is two students with one instructor, and both participants must book together. Both private and semi-private sessions are 55 minutes in length.
