University Affiliate Membership Information
Professionals, administrative and support staff affiliated with Penn Museum, Perelman Center, and the Abramson Cancer Center are eligible to purchase a membership with a valid PennCard.
All University Affiliates must have a valid PennCard (pictured below) to enroll in membership. University Affiliates must purchase a PennCard for $30 from the Penn Card Center (first) on the second floor of the book store on 36th and Walnut, and then must purchase a membership at the Member Services Office.
ANNUAL RATE* = $750
Valid 365 days from the date of enrollment
Those enrolled in Payroll Deduction will have a fixed end date of August 31 (scroll down for more information).
30 DAY RATE** = $78
Valid 30 days from the date of enrollment
How to Enroll
Pay for your membership in full:
All University Affiliates with a valid PennCard may sign up online or in the Membership Services Office during business hours. Please click the button below to sign up online.
Pay for your membership via an installment plan:
Installment plans must be processed in the Membership Services Office. All University Affiliates will be required to pay for the first month of access on the date of enrollment via a Visa or MasterCard.
- For example, the cost of the Campus Recreation Basic plan for the 2017-2018 year is $750, divided by 12 that comes out to $62.50 per month.
- You will be required to pay the first month’s installment up front.
- The remaining payments will be deducted automatically from the card you put on file starting the following month.
