Lockers & Towels
Towel Service
Complimentary towels are provided as part of membership at the Pottruck Center and Hutchinson Gymnasium. Towels must be returned to towel bins located throughout both facilities on the same day of use and may not be stored in lockers. There is a limit of one towel per user. Towels are the property of the Department of Recreation. The Department of Recreation reserves the right to retrieve towels from lockers.
Day Lockers
Personal belongings (gym bags, backpacks, etc) are not permitted in studios, fitness centers, hallways or gymnasiums and must be secured in lockers. Personal locks are required to secure locker. Individuals are prohibited from placing items in a day locker and leaving the facility. Failure to do so will result in a $25.00 recovery free for the items. The Department of Recreation is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Hallway Lockers
Day lockers located on the first through fourth floors of the Pottruck Center and in the main hallway of Hutchinson Gym must be secured with a personal lock. Coin-Operated Lockers Coin-operated lockers are available in the hallways on the 3rd and 4th floors. Coin-operated lockers require a quarter deposit for use, and upon return of the key, the quarter is returned to the user.
Locker Rentals
Men's and women's locker room locker rentals are made available through a general lottery system each summer.

Locker Renewal & Mandatory Clean Out
Men and women wishing to retain a rented locker in the locker room for the 2009-2010 membership year must renew their locker rental between May 3 - July 23, 2010. All rented lockers must be cleaned out by August 19, 2010, even if you have renewed the locker for the following year. For security purposes, the Department of Recreation changes the combination of all lockers each year.
If lockers are not cleared by the posted dates, the Department of Recreation will do so, keeping articles for 30 days. To reclaim items within the 30-day period a $40 fee will be assessed. After 30 days, locker contents will be donated to charity.
Locker Lottery
Locker combinations for locker renewals and locker lottery winners will be available in the Membership Services Office on Monday, August 23, 2010. Any available lockers will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 beginning at 7:00 a.m. in the Membership Services office.
