Paula has been teaching Vinyasa Yoga for Penn Recreation since September 2010. For Paula, yoga is her passion and she loves to share it with the Penn Community. She gets joy from students sharing the impact yoga has had on their lives. She tries to live by the mantra, "Ask, believe, receive".
This summer join Paula's classes at the Pottruck Health & Fitness Center on Mondays and Wednesdays at noon -- all experience levels are welcome!
