Prana Flow Yoga
Prana flow is a vinyasa-based breath inspired journey that offers a complete spectrum of rhythms. Every class is ‘well-rounded’ – following the mandala of the body – to create whole body transformation of strength and fluidity, circulation and centering. Students are empowered to experience prana – the universal source of breath, life-energy, and conscious intelligence – as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living.

Hatha is the most widely practiced form of yoga in America. It is the branch of yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Structured around breathing and meditation, this class will create body awareness, increase flexibility and strength, and develop a calm mind and spirit.

Ashtanga Yoga
This method of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures to produce intense internal heat and a profuse detoxifying sweat.  The Primary Series is a set sequence comprising of over 70 asanas or poses.  All levels welcome.

Power Flow Yoga
This class is for those who like to sweat! Power Flow bases its practices on performing Vinyasas, or series of yoga poses which are strung together.  It's a challenging blend of flexibility, strength, and endurance.  Want to explore your inner athlete?  Then this style of yoga is for you.
