Prana Flow Yoga
Prana flow is a vinyasa-based breath inspired journey that offers a complete spectrum of rhythms. Every class is ‘well-rounded’ – following the mandala of the body – to create whole body transformation of strength and fluidity, circulation and centering. Students are empowered to experience prana – the universal source of breath, life-energy, and conscious intelligence – as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living.

Ashtanga Yoga
This method of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures to produce intense internal heat and a profuse detoxifying sweat. The Primary Series is a set sequence comprising of over 70 asanas or poses. All levels welcome.
