Weekly Group Runs

Our goals include having training groups arranged by ability levels and to fit your schedule. We hope to be able to provide opportunities for training runs coordinated to satisfy your needs and provide a community that you can contact about coordinating runs outside of practice times (using the list serve). In addition to weekday evening runs, we have one weekend run a month off campus.


All practices start at the Pottruck Center
we meet in the atrium near the smoothie shop where the table and chairs are located

  • Monday, Wednesday thru Friday at 4:30pm
  • Tuesday at 5:30pm

Practice times may change during daylight savings or if the majority of the club requests a different time.

For those of you new to running, Tuesdays and Thursdays are great days to attend. On Tuesday, we are on the track, and one can run at their own pace if they are not interested in the workout that is planned. On Thursdays there is a beginner run lead at a slower pace.
