A car rental request form does not guarantee you a specific car or rental. Request should be turned in as soon as possible and should not be turned in any later than a week prior to the rental request. The sooner a request is turned in, the better chance there will be of getting a particular vehicle. You will be notified by email when your request has been approved or if there are any problems.
