Wellness Outreach Programs
Campus Recreation offers innovative programs and services to provide you, as a Penn affiliate, with an opportunity to improve your overall well-being. The variety of programs are well-suited for any individual, student group, or campus department. Program requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the start date of the event. Prices vary based on affiliation. Read more about our offerings below.
Campus Recreation provides a wide variety of classes at Pottruck including: Zumba, Body Pump, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Spin, Body Combat (Kick Boxing), Boot Camp, Abs and more to members. Depending on the size of your space and your equipment, most of these classes can come to YOU and your group. If you don’t have the space, no worries! You can always reserve a room at Pottruck for the class of your choice. The best news is that a membership is NOT required to host a class just for your group! Class descriptions can be found here.
On-Site Chair Massages
Let us bring relaxation to your department, group, or organization. Massage therapists are available to come to your location for as long as you need! They will bring all of the supplies, all we will need from you is some space and time to clear your minds.
Personal Training Services
Currently, our personal training services at Pottruck Health & Fitness Center are available to members only. But, have no fear! Our personal trainers are able to provide small group training to a group of 3-4 people in your space. Click here to meet the trainers!
Campus Recreation’s Fitness and Wellness professionals can provide your group with a workshop on any related topic. Workshops range from 30-45 minutes. Some topics include: Fitness 101: Back to the Basics, Navigating a Food Label, De-Stress at your Desk, Wellness outside of a Fitness Center, and more.
