Screen 110 is used to maintain the APS entries in a student academic program. All academic programs for a given student are on the same screen.

Screen 110 has two parts:

- matriculation history

- individual matriculation records

All academic programs of a given student are listed on the left-hand side of the screen in order of the most recent to the oldest. The particular APS entry highlighted is on the right-hand side of the screen.

You must select the particular APS entry that you want to view. To do this, tab to the beginning of the line of the APS entry that you want to select. Press Enter to display the APS entry on the right side of the screen for maintenance.

You can also continuously press Enter until the APS entry that you want to maintain is highlighted on the left side of the screen and displayed on the right side of the screen.

You can only update the APS entries of YOUR students and only if you are a type A security operator. If you are a class A operator, you can view the APS entries for all students in the University, even though you may update only your own students.

If you are a class B operator, you can only view your own students and you cannot update APS entries.
