Deleting Academic Records

Generally speaking, student academic records should not be deleted from SRS. However, there are a few circumstances under which students may be deleted.
- All of a student's academic records are deleted only when an error has been made.
- Sometimes students' academic records may be deleted for a TERM but not from SRS entirely.

Example: A student advance registered in March
for the Fall term courses and later decided to
withdraw from the University. After dropping the
advance registered courses, you must delete the student
from the term. Although all of his courses have
been dropped, his term record is still active
and must be deleted.
ONLY THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE MAY DELETE A STUDENT'S ACADEMIC RECORDS.
