Course Term Publications

The Course Term Publications include the COURSE TIMETABLE, FRESHMAN TIMETABLE, COURSE AND ROOM ROSTER and the SUPPLEMENTAL ROSTERS. They are the University's principle means of telling students what sections are available for registration. They provide all the information necessary for students to work out a complete schedule of courses for each term. Each of these publications shares a common format, and most share the same data.

The Office of the University Registrar first circulates each publication to the schools and departments in galley (draft) form. After corrections are made, the final version is produced.

The following table lists the types of publications available, along with the terms used, and the data each publication contains.
