"Lauder" students are those who are enrolled in the dual-degree program (master of science/master of business administration) between Graduate Arts and Sciences and the Wharton Graduate Divisions. They study under the auspices of the Joseph H. Lauder Institute of Management and International Studies.
Some of the Wharton or Graduate Arts and Sciences courses are counted toward both the MS and MBA degrees. These courses must have BOTH Wharton and Arts and Sciences grades.
The Graduate Arts and Sciences grades, for eligible courses, must be entered manually to the students' records, so that they appear correctly on the Arts and Sciences transcript.
The Lauder Institute forwards these dual grades to the Registrar's Office, which enters the Lauder grade to the student's academic record.
