Meeting Schedules

All new Category A or B protocols, amendments, and administrative modifications may be submitted at any time before an IACUC meeting. However, please keep in mind that it may take a minimum of two weeks to properly process a protocol submission.

3-year protocol resubmissions and continuing reviews (USDA covered species) must be submitted and approved prior to the expiration date. Therefore, these protocols should be submitted at least one and half months prior to the expiration date. There is no grace period for protocol renewals. No work on animals may be performed on an expired protocol.

All Category C protocols automatically go for full-board review. These must be received by the submission dates listed below for review.
