Effective Friday January 24, 2003 The University of Pennsylvania began functioning under Federalwide Assurance FWA00004028.  This number replaces the now expired Multiple Project Assurance number M1025.  All correspondence with funding agencies should now refer to the FWA number.  In certain circumstances, the federal agency may also request the IRB registration number for each or any of the Penn IRBs.
