Submissions requiring convened review must be submitted 4 weeks prior to the desired review date.
Continuing reviews requiring review by the convened IRB will be submitted to the IRB that reviewed the initial application. Continuing review applications requiring review by the convened IRB must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the protocol expiration date.
