WHAT ABOUT THE CD-ROM DATABASE? It will be "published" about December 1st and will cost an additional $150 for nonprofits ($300 for businesses or consultants) plus shipping--for those who have already purchased the 7th Edition book. The CD-ROM is only sold in combination with the book for a full price of $235 plus shipping (nonprofit price), but those who already have bought the 7th Edition pay only the difference in cost.
