The Impact of Export Controls on Higher Education Scientific Institutions Conference

The University of Pennsylvania, in cooperation with the Bureau of Industry and Security of the U.S. Department of Commerce presented The Impact of Export Controls on Higher Education Scientific Institutions, a two day conference on export controls for the academic and scientific community. The conference was held March 26th through the 27th, 2013. The conference provided an opportunity for the Department of Commerce BIS to engage the university community on the export control issues that specifically affect universities, clinical research centers, and other nonprofit research institutions.
