Student Telephone Services at the University of Pennsylvania provides an optional telephone service to students living on campus.

Students will need to provide their own telephone set. 

The university student telephone service includes:

  • Call forwarding
  • Caller ID
  • Call transfer
  • Call waiting
  • Three-way conference calling

This year the Student Telephone Service will be automatically terminated on 5/30/16. If you wish to continue your service past that date, please fill out the Activate Student Telephone Service form and provide the new date. Any questions you can email
