Student Telephone Services at the University of Pennsylvania provides an optional telephone service to students living on campus.
The 2012-2013 optional telephone service includes free Philadelphia local and metropolitan calls. Individual domestic and international long distance telephone calls incur additional charges. Students will need to provide their own telephone set.
The university student telephone service includes:
- Call forwarding
- Caller ID*
- Call transfer

- Call waiting
- Three-way conference calling

Important!
This year the Student Telephone Service will be automatically terminated on 5/24/13. If you wish to continue your service past that date, please fill out the Activate Student Telephone Service form and provide the new date. Any questions you can email service-requests@isc.upenn.edu
