Additional Features
It is possible to request a couple of additional features that work with your basic telephone service. Some features, like Call Block, require an added monthly fee. For feature descriptions and instructions, see the individual feature listed below. To request that a feature be added to your service, please use one of the online forms (see in-page links).
Anonymous Call Rejection
Anonymous Call Rejection permits Caller ID customers to reject all calls from callers who use per call or line blocking. A customer might want to use this feature if they are experiencing a problem such as harassing or threatening calls. The caller ID customer's phone will not ring and the caller will hear an announcement stating that blocked calls are not being accepted.
Anonymous Call Rejection is activated by dialing "286" and deactivated by dialing "287."
Once this feature is activated, it will remain on the line; the user cancels it with the deactivation code.

Call Block
Gives you the ability to block calls from up to six telephone numbers from which you do not wish to receive calls. When someone calls you from one of these numbers, your phone will not ring. Simply dial "260" and follow prompts.
Subscription cost: $4.00 per month with no activation fee.

Return Call
This feature allows you to call back the last number that called you. To activate Return Call; pick up the receiver and dial "269" to call the last number. If the called number is busy, listen for the second dial tone and enter your six-digit Pac number and hang up. Return Call will attempt to make the connection for 30 minutes.
Your telephone will signal with a special ring if the called number is available within 30 minutes. When you hear the special ring, pick up the receiver and wait for the party to answer. If you do not receive the special ring within 30 minutes and you do not cancel (to deactivate "289" an announcement will tell you the service has been deactivated) the Return Call, it will automatically cancel.
Note: A $4.00 charge per month will be applied to the telephone statement of the student who requests the feature.
