Rates & Billing

All phone charges are passed directly to Student Financial Services accounts. Payments should be made to a student bill and submitted to Student Financial Services. Payments presented to Student Telephone Services will be returned.

Billing of items to your room telephone number exchanges such as membership fees for voicemail messaging, psychic lines, credit card usage and various memberships to Cyberlink services and other marketing items is prohibited.

Student Telephone Service Rates

Standard Features Your monthly $16.50 fee for voice service covers:
  • Local and metropolitan calls (all calls in 215 and 267 area codes, and any calls to 484 and 610 area codes that do not prompt you for your Student Auth Code)
  • 511 emergency service to Penn Police
  • Auto Call Back
  • Call Forwarding
  • Call Transfer
  • Call Waiting
  • Caller ID
  • Three Way Calling
Voicemail $9.75/month covers all voicemail features. The service:
  • Holds up to 12 messages
  • Stores messages up to 3 minutes in length
  • Archive messages for 10 days
Student Auth Code Only For students with no STS service who would like a Student Auth Code to use on campus telephones. The fee for this service is $3.00/month .
