Did you know that the EPA estimates that most Americans spend 90% of their time indoors? Join the movement to get outside by taking the 30x30 Challenge, sponsored by Penn's Green Campus Partnership. Participants pledge to spend 30 minutes each day for 30 days in the outdoors.

30x30 Challenge    September 15 -- October 14

That's 30 minutes...out in nature...each day...for 30 days.

How to Participate

  1. Sign up -- send an email to Andrea Kreiner, Green Campus Partnership Sustainability Consultant, akrein@upenn.edu, with your name, office, building and contact information
  2. Encourage your friends and coworkers to sign up, too
  3. Make note of what you did each day and how it made you feel (just a word or two: happy, relaxed, tired)
  4. Join in a group activity -- there will be at least one scheduled every week
