Promote sustainability among your peers
The University of Pennsylvania’s Sustainability Office invites organizations throughout Penn and the City of Philadelphia to submit a proposals for Eco-Reps Sustainability Impact Projects. In addition to developing educational events and initiatives aimed at supporting the University’s Climate Action Plan, all Eco-Reps will be given the opportunity to work in small teams to partner with various organizations around Philadelphia. These partnerships enable students to work hands-on with professional organizations and businesses to create and implement impact projects.
Athletics Eco-Reps is a student environmental leadership program that promotes sustainable lifestyles across Penn’s Athletics communities. Representatives support the University’s Climate Action Plan through peer education, projects, and outreach events. Eco-Reps strive to be constant models of environmental consciousness and challenge their peers to adopt a culture of sustainability.
The Staff & Faculty Eco-Reps Program is a peer education program that provides the tools to improve the environmental sustainability of Penn offices and labs. There are 3 volunteer Co-Chairs that help guide the program in addition to our office staff:
- Marie-Louise Faber, EHRS
- Jennifer Mishkin, PSOM
