Studies show that modern burial and cremation practices have a range of negative impacts on human health and the environment. Green burial is the simplest, most sustainable way to return a body to the Earth after death, and can even help to create or maintain green spaces and natural habitats.

This hybrid presentation will discuss what the options are for being more sustainable in death, what green burial is, and how green burial can benefit people and the planet. Open to all members of the Penn community!

Zoom link will be emailed to you after you register.
