Athletics

Athletics Eco-Reps is a student environmental leadership program that promotes sustainable lifestyles across Penn’s Athletics communities.  Representatives support the University’s Climate Action Plan through peer education, projects, and outreach events.  Eco-Reps strive to be constant models of environmental consciousness and challenge their peers to adopt a culture of sustainability.

The Athletics Eco-Reps program is open to all student athletes, and selected students will work together as a group throughout the year.

The Eco-Reps program is managed by sustainability staff in Facilities and Real Estate Services and is part of Penn’s Green Campus Partnership, a collection of students, staff, and faculty throughout the University promoting better environmental practices and policy.

Applications for Athletics Eco-Reps are currently closed.  If you  are interested in getting involved in the 2013-14 program, applications to join the Athletics Eco-Reps Green Team will be open during the fall semester.  Please send questions to Julian Goresko at goresko@upenn.edu [1] or Dan Schupsky at dschup@upenn.edu [2].
