Video Bulletin Board Submission Policy

On May 28, 1999, the Penn Video Network Programming Advisory Board approved the following policy statement governing all submissions to the Video Bulletin Board.

The Video Bulletin Board is presented by the Penn Video Network as an efficient communications vehicle for recognized members and units of the University of Pennsylvania. In its management of the Video Bulletin Board, the PVN operates consistently with the University's policies and philosophies concerning the free expression of ideas in an academic environment. The PVN manager, acting as a representative of the University, and consulting appropriate University officials and structures, will exercise broad discretion in deciding whether to accept proposed language for Video Bulletin Board submissions.
