Click "Choose a Video" if your
Video Response already exists on your
YouTube account.
Select your Video Response from the drop-down
list of your YouTube videos.
Click "Respond with this Video"

Click "Upload a Video" if you
need to upload your Video Response to
YouTube.
Click "Upload New Video"
Fill in the fields for your YouTube submission.
Make sure that your title is the title
of YOUR video, and not "RE: <original
video title>"
Make sure that the Broadcast Options are
set to public (default), so that your
friends can view and vote on your Video
Response!
You can choose your own Sharing Options,
though we suggest using the default options.
Browse to the video on your computer, and
click "Upload Video" - this
could take several minutes, depending
on the size of your Video Response file.
