A "Special Grade Rule" may be established on a course in two ways:
- at the Inventory level (Screen 125), in which case it "rolls" to ALL Sections of that course as they are created, or
- on individual course sections (Screen 129)

To change Special Grade Rule:

Establish the context line by entering the COURSE and TERM on Screen 125, for all sections, or Screen 129, for an individual section. |

Tab to the SPCL GRD field and type the appropriate value or use the PF2, on-line help key. |

Press Enter. Rule: If you change the Special Grade Rule at the Inventory level (Screen 125), the new rule does not automatically roll to sections that already exist. The new rule must be added to the already existing sections. |
