Canceling a Posted Graduation

Authorized users can cancel graduation and delete degrees that were posted to SRS. This is a two-step process--YOU MUST REVERSE THE STUDENT'S GRADUATION STATUS AT THE SAME TIME YOU UNPOST THE DEGREE.

To cancel graduation and remove a posted degree:

-	Establish the context line by entering the SID on Screen 117.
-	Tab to the MATRICULATION HISTORY line for the program you want to modify.
-	Press Enter. Result: System displays details for the selected program on the right side of the screen.
-	Tab to DEG CKOUT STATUS field and press space bar.
-	Tab to GRADUATION CODE field and press space bar.
-	Press Enter.
-	Tab to DEGREE AWARDED and press space bar to blank out degree.
-	Press Enter. NOTE: This removes the degree from all system screens.
